Stolen vehicle recovered after license-plate camera alert

According to a Dakota County criminal complaint, Eagan police located a vehicle reported stolen in St. Paul after a Flock alert identified it near Duckwood Drive and Pilot Knob Road. Officers recovered the vehicle and arrested the driver, who was later charged with receiving stolen property and is presumed innocent unless convicted.
